3 Tips to Support Your Journey

1 - Your Altar

Begin with a candle and let the rest flow and grow with whatever elements are calling to you. Allow you altar to change and grow with you. Add nature pieces (stones, leaves, feathers, etc.), photos (of yourself as a child, a loved ancestor who has passed, etc), your flower essences, and any other elements that are significant to you. Lighting your candle daily is a simple, yet powerful way to bring consistency into your practice.

2 - Your Body Scan and Guided Meditations

Before beginning your weekly lessons and journal reflections, allow this practice to help you transition into this sacred time that you are gifting yourself. This practice allows you to go more deeply into your relfections & prompts.

3 - Your Journal Practice

Each week you will be given reflective journal prompts. You can do as much (or as little!) journalling as feels good for you. You may want to write a few words when you light your daily candle, or flow with whenever you feel called to write.

Remember: You can't get it wrong! These practices are suggestions and I encourage you to tune-in with what feels good for you. Notice where there is resistance - that is also information. ;)
